Volunteer on campus

McPherson asks every family to contribute ten volunteer hours each year. Anyone helping on campus—including in classrooms, at parties, or on field trips—must complete Orange Unified’s volunteer application and receive an approval email before volunteering.

Apply in English

Most volunteers serving five hours or less on campus should complete requirements 1 and 2 and select the “5 Hours or Less” application. Upload the required training screenshots or certificates, submit the full application, and wait for approval.

Completing the training alone does not approve you to volunteer. Submit the application and receive confirmation before coming to help on campus.
